CREDENTIALS:
Tracey completed both her 200 & 300hr training at the Lotus Pond in Tampa, FL . She is grateful for and sends love out to all her teachers and her students who both gave and received wisdom and friendship. She is a registered yoga teacher (RYT)) with certifications in Yin, Restorative, Trauma-informed, and Chair Yoga.
Tracey received her Usui ReiKi Master Level instruction from her ReiKi Master, Elizabeth Creagh.
As an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church, Tracey can officiate weddings in most of Maine.
Prior to all of the above she attained a B.S. in Quantitative Analysis from U. of Tampa and an M.S. in Software Engineering from U. of Texas @ Dallas.
BACKGROUND:
For most of her life, Tracey did not consciously believe in anything spiritual or metaphysical. As a scientist/engineer, if she couldn't see it or measure it, then it didn't exist - simple as that. So as a former skeptic herself, she takes no offense when she encounters it in others today.
Though she first started "doing" Yoga as form of exercise (she read it burned more calories/hr than running!) it wasn't until she returned to her yoga mat almost 20 years later with the intention of HEALING that things began to shift... And shift they did! As Tracey began to experience the world differently she understood each of us has a third eye that can "see" from an entirely new field of view - one that is clear and free from distortion - IF we choose to look.
And thus her awakening and journey as a spiritually-minded teacher, healer, & guide began and continues to this day as she helps other to release what no longer fits and open within to bring the Divine In Sight.
